Tata motors is the third highest car manufacturers in India. The sales of the Tata motors in July 2011 had decreased by 38%. Due to this decreased sales growth, the management of the Tata motors has decided to revitalize their dealers network to boost their sales.

The management of Tata motors is expecting to increase its market share and increase the sales in the Asian market by this revitalization plan. This plan will include expanding their volume, add new dealers and improve the sales from the existing dealers.

Due to huge competition in the Indian auto market, Tata motors have seen a decrease in the sales growth. The local competition is posing many challenges to this manufacturer, though they are coming up with new efficient models at affordable prices. Tata motors are planning to utilize the existing dealers to promote their products, like mini car NANO and other models too, and are also planning to use the current commercial showrooms for selling their passenger cars.
