Consumers who are already using the vehicles will give some opinions about their vehicles performance and also opine regarding the various technologies which are needed for other consumers.

According to Harris Interactive market research firm for finding out the opinions and reviews, Americans are interested in buying the stuff which saves time and money. They also said that the people are opined that $2 per a gallon is not sufficient.

Most of the consumers are showing interest in paying for a new car or truck which offers fuel efficient services. Devices or designs which are used for improving the fuel efficiency are control valve timing, improving transmission efficiency, reduce engine friction, or by reducing other losses.

Various other technologies which consumers are purchasing are halogen and xenon lighting, advanced air conditioning systems, an LED display, advanced tire pressure monitoring, side air bags and electronics.

According to the survey, people are willing to pay $1,674 for electric hybrid vehicle, $694 for four- wheel steering and $534 and even more for radar-enabled collision warning.

Most of the tech savvy people prefer vehicles in this order. Volvos, Audi Jaguar, BMW, Suzuki, Nissan, Lexus, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Isuzu.

People who said that they are social and use the vehicles for the social and civic activities are showing interest in Volvo, Acura, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, Lincoln, Isuzu, Mitsubishi.

This information is not only used for the consumers this is also used for automakers for incorporating technologies in the new debuts.

Thus the survey of Harris interactive done for a period of two weeks by considering views of 14,000 Harris Online members is useful.
